Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below ₹2,000.

Q: Is it safe to pay on Trendix?
A: 100% yes. All payments are processed via Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. We never store your card details.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. Email support@trendix.in with your Order ID immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Metro cities: 3–5 days. Other cities: 5–7 days. Remote areas: 7–10 days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹49 shipping fee.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you'll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link. You can also email us your Order ID and we'll update you.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer easy 7-day returns. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: 5–7 business days to original payment method. Store credit is instant.

Q: What if I received a damaged product?
A: Email us within 48 hours with photos at support@trendix.in. We'll send a free replacement or full refund immediately.

A: Yes. We source all products from verified suppliers and quality-check every product before listing.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Currently we are online-only. This allows us to keep prices low and pass savings to you!
