RETURN & REFUND POLICY


At Trendix, customer satisfaction is our priority.


Return Eligibility:

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

- The product is damaged.

- The product is defective.

- The wrong item was received.


Non-Returnable Items:

- Used products

- Products damaged by misuse

- Items returned without original packaging


Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Replacement Policy:

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
