Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will make it right.

Return window

You can return any product within 7 days of delivery. No questions asked.

Conditions for return

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All accessories and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) required

Non-returnable items

  • Personal hygiene products (once opened)
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to initiate a return

  1. Email support@trendix.in with subject: Return Request — [Your Order ID]
  2. Include your reason for return and 1–2 photos of the product
  3. We will confirm your return within 24 hours and arrange a pickup

Refund timeline

  • Original payment method: 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product
  • Store credit / Trendix wallet: Within 24 hours of return receipt
  • UPI / Bank transfer: 3–5 business days

Damaged or wrong product

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product — we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. Just email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be dispatched and cancellation won't be possible. Email support@trendix.in immediately for cancellation requests.
