Delivery timeframes

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas & North East: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
• ₹49 flat fee on orders below ₹499

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your order at Track My Order or directly on the courier partner's website.

Courier partners

We ship via Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, and DTDC depending on your location for the fastest possible delivery.

International shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping coming soon!

Delayed orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@trendix.in with your Order ID. We will investigate and update you within 24 hours.
